This policy explains how Krypteia VPN processes user data on the website, PWA, Telegram Mini App and Krypteia VPN apps for Windows and Android. The Telegram bot is used only for notifications and Mini App launch.

1. What data we process
We process only the data required for sign-in, subscription operation, payments, support and the referral program.
- Telegram ID, username, first name and last name when you sign in with Telegram or use the Telegram Mini App.
- Email when you sign in, register or restore access by email.
- Order number, payment status, plan, subscription period and device limit to activate and maintain the service.
- Referral code and bonus information when you participate in the referral program.
2. Why we use this data
- For authentication through Telegram or email.
- For access across platforms: website, PWA, Mini App, Windows and Android.
- To confirm payment, activate subscriptions and display order status.
- For notifications, user support and service communication.
- To calculate and track referral bonuses.
3. What we do not store
- Browsing history.
- Internet traffic content.
- Messages, files or connection content transferred through VPN.
- User payment credentials.
4. Payments and retention
Subscriptions are currently paid through the Faster Payments System via Platega. Payment credentials are processed by the payment provider. Krypteia VPN receives only the minimum information required about the order and whether the payment was successful or unsuccessful.
Data is stored for the active subscription period and for 60 days after the subscription ends. You may request correction or deletion through support. Limited data may be retained longer only when required by Russian law or when needed to resolve a payment dispute.
5. User rights and contacts
- You may request information about your data and processing purposes.
- You may request correction of inaccurate data.
- You may request deletion within the limits allowed by law.
- You may withdraw consent where this does not prevent delivery of an already paid service.
