Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Krypteia VPN on the website, in the PWA, Telegram Mini App and Krypteia VPN apps for Windows and Android.

1. About the service

Krypteia VPN provides access to a VPN service by paid subscription. Account access may be available through Telegram or email depending on the selected sign-in flow.

The Telegram bot @Krypteia_bot is used only for notifications and quick Mini App launch and is not the only way to use the service.

2. Account and access

• You must provide accurate data for sign-in and account support.
• You must use the service within the paid plan and device limit.
• You must not transfer account access or bypass the service technical restrictions.

3. Payment and refunds

Payment is made through the Faster Payments System using Platega. The subscription is activated after payment confirmation.

A refund is available before activation or when a proven service-side issue occurs. After the subscription has started, refunds are not provided unless otherwise required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

• You must not use the service for unlawful purposes, attacks, spam, malware activity or unauthorized access to third-party systems.
• You must not interfere with the service, attempt to hack it or bypass plan and platform restrictions.

5. Limitation of liability

The user is solely responsible for how the VPN service is used and for compliance with the laws of the country where the user is located.

The operator takes reasonable steps to maintain service stability but may temporarily limit access during maintenance, infrastructure incidents or violations of these terms.

6. Changes to the service and documents

• The operator may update service functionality, platform availability and the text of these documents.
• The current version is published in Krypteia VPN interfaces. Continued use of the service after an update means acceptance of the new version.
• The relationship between the parties is governed by Russian law. The Russian version prevails and the English version is provided for convenience.
